The RS10 is also equipped with a large-capacity radiator that delivers high heat dissipation efficiency. Even under continuous high-load operation or in hot climates, the cooling system ensures stable machine performance and protects critical components from overheating. This thermal management design significantly improves system reliability and extends the service life of the engine and hydraulic components.
Powering the Rippa RS10 mini skid steer is the Kubota V2607 engine, a globally recognized diesel engine known for its reliability and efficiency. With a rated power of 35.5 kW (47.6 HP), this engine provides strong and consistent power output, ensuring the machine can handle demanding tasks without performance loss. The engine’s power curve is well-matched to hydraulic and travel systems, enabling smooth acceleration and responsive control.
High-efficiency power output allows the RS10 to complete heavy-duty work while maintaining low fuel consumption. The Kubota V2607 engine is designed to optimize combustion efficiency, reducing fuel waste and lowering operating costs over long working cycles. This makes the RS10 an economical choice for contractors and fleet operators seeking high productivity with controlled expenses.
Low noise and vibration levels further enhance operator comfort and jobsite suitability. Reduced vibration minimizes operator fatigue during extended working hours, while low noise output allows the RS10 to be used in residential or noise-sensitive areas. The RS10 features an advanced four-pump hydraulic system that ensures stable and efficient power delivery across all operations. This system consists of two dual closed-loop pumps, one internal charge pump, and one gear pump. With flow rates of 63.8 + 63.8 + 32.8 + 46.2 liters per minute, the hydraulic system maintains consistent pressure and smooth response even during multi-function operations.
A load-sensing multi-section valve is integrated into the hydraulic architecture, allowing automatic adjustment of flow and pressure based on real-time workload demands. This results in highly responsive control, smooth multitasking, and reduced energy loss. Lower heat generation improves component longevity, while the overall energy-efficient design helps reduce fuel consumption and operating costs, supporting environmentally responsible operation.
The oil circuit system includes three auxiliary hydraulic circuits with a flow rate of 46.2 liters per minute. This configuration meets the requirements of high-power hydraulic attachments and allows multiple movements to operate in smooth coordination. The RS10 can simultaneously drive various attachments such as buckets, grapples, and hydraulic breakers, significantly expanding its application range and jobsite versatility.
For mobility and terrain adaptability, the RS10 uses high-torque OMCR3 series plunger motors in its travel system. These motors deliver strong driving force and reliable traction, ensuring stable movement on slopes, uneven ground, or loose surfaces. The floating bucket function further enhances performance by automatically adjusting the bucket angle according to ground contours. This feature keeps the bucket close to the ground during operation, making the RS10 highly effective for cleaning, leveling, and surface finishing tasks while easily following uneven road conditions and improving overall work efficiency.
