Advanced Pilot Button Handles

The new pilot button handles are designed to optimize operator control and reduce fatigue during long hours of work. Each handle is equipped with two conveniently placed buttons on the top, enabling quick access to key functions. Their compact design makes them easy to operate, ensuring smooth performance across different applications.

Unlike traditional switch-based systems, the pilot handles regulate hydraulic flow through displacement. This allows for stepless speed and force control, such as light pushing for slower motion or heavier pushing for faster operation. With this innovation, operators gain precise control over machine performance, enhancing productivity and efficiency on the job site.

The handles also feature excellent sealing and dustproofing, with high waterproof ratings (IP grade). They are built to withstand harsh environments, from muddy construction sites to rainy weather, without compromising reliability. Lightweight operation combined with high accuracy reduces the operator’s workload while maximizing control precision.

Enhanced Canopy Design

The redesigned canopy integrates several new elements that improve both safety and functionality. A plastic canopy cover has been added, providing insulation, corrosion resistance, and a lower thermal conductivity. These properties enhance safety and durability, ensuring long-lasting protection under tough working conditions.

For added safety, a protective mesh is installed at the front of the canopy. This reduces the risk of workplace injuries by preventing debris or foreign objects from striking the operator. Such protection makes the machine suitable for use in mining, municipal projects, and agricultural operations where safety is a priority.

Lighting has also been significantly improved. High-mounted lamps illuminate the area in front of the excavator and the bucket, preventing accidents caused by insufficient visibility. Unlike traditional headlights that create sharp contrasts, the canopy lights distribute brightness evenly, minimizing eye fatigue during extended nighttime work. In addition, a warning light provides clear alerts to workers and vehicles nearby, making the machine safer to operate in high-risk environments. Rearview mirrors further reduce the need for frequent turning, lowering operator strain.

Hydraulic Thumb Clamp and Quick Coupler

The standard inclusion of a hydraulic thumb clamp and quick coupler marks a major step forward in excavator functionality. These features greatly enhance efficiency, safety, and versatility by allowing operators to quickly switch between tools and securely handle various materials.

A hydraulic quick coupler valve block is mounted on the boom, making the hydraulic lines safer and more reliable. With four high-pressure lines in place, auxiliary tool operations become smoother and more efficient. This setup ensures operators can work with different attachments without interruptions, increasing job site productivity.

Durability is another key improvement. The side plates of the bucket have been thickened without reducing internal volume, preventing damage during demanding tasks. In addition, the hydraulic lines have been restructured for a cleaner appearance and easier maintenance. Together, these upgrades reflect a thoughtful design that prioritizes both performance and longevity.
