When purchasing a new skid steer, buyers often focus on three major factors: skid steer cost new, small skid steer weight, and overall skid loader weight. These elements directly influence budget planning, transportation, fuel efficiency, and machine performance. Let’s explore in detail the features and technical advantages of a modern small skid steer loader to help you make a smart investment.

The operator’s cabin is designed with safety and visibility in mind. The control zone offers a wide field of vision, enabling the operator to clearly observe attachments and the surrounding environment. To enhance safety, the foot area is equipped with embossed textures, which increase friction between the sole and the mat. This prevents slipping during rainy or muddy working conditions and makes it easier for the operator to enter, exit, and carry out daily maintenance checks.

Powering the machine is the Kubota D1105-E4B-CWL-1 engine, delivering 18.2 kW (24.8 hp). This engine is highly recognized for its reliability and efficiency. More importantly, it meets both EPA and Euro 5 certifications, ensuring compliance with global emission standards. This combination of power and environmental friendliness makes it ideal for users who want to balance performance with eco-conscious operations.

One of the standout features is the dual auxiliary hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic lines are neatly arranged, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The loader arm is designed with a rocker arm and short link mechanism, supporting vertical lift for improved lifting efficiency.
The hydraulic flow reaches 56 L/min, making it compatible with a wide range of attachments. Operators benefit from dual pilot handles, which allow single-hand travel control. An added self-leveling valve ensures the bucket automatically levels during lifting, reducing material spillage and improving work efficiency.

The skid steer adopts a triangular track design, providing greater stability and improved traction. The rear-wheel cylinder tensioning system ensures the track remains at the correct tension at all times, preventing slippage or derailment due to loose tracks.
For durability, the tracks are widened and thickened, supported by dual guide wheels and five evenly distributed carrier rollers. This structural optimization distributes the skid loader weight evenly across the ground, enhancing balance, stability, and smooth operation even on rough terrain.
