The new R13 not only maintains the brand's consistent stability and durability, but also features in-depth optimizations in operating comfort, safety protection, lubrication systems, and working devices, providing users with a more efficient and safe working experience.

Precise Control, Effortless and Efficient

The new R13 excavator features a newly designed pilot-operated push-button handle with dual buttons on both handles, ensuring flexible and convenient operation. Unlike traditional on-off switches, this handle precisely adjusts hydraulic flow based on displacement, enabling infinitely variable speed and force. Whether it's a gentle push for slow rotation or a hard push for fast rotation, the operation remains smooth and effortless, allowing the operator to operate with ease even during extended periods, significantly reducing fatigue. Furthermore, the handle is dust- and water-resistant, ensuring consistent and stable operation even in complex environments such as mining, municipal administration, and agriculture.

Safeguarding, Worry-Free Operation

To enhance operator safety, the R13 has undergone multiple roof upgrades. A new plastic roof cover features insulation, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, providing enhanced driver protection. A protective net has been added to the front of the roof to effectively reduce the risk of flying debris during operation, further ensuring personal safety. Furthermore, the high-mounted headlights evenly cover the front of the excavator and the bucket operating area, eliminating the harsh contrast between light and dark associated with traditional headlights, ensuring clearer and safer nighttime operations. Combined with the newly added warning lights and rearview mirrors, these features provide valuable guidance in crowded construction sites, reducing the pressure on drivers to frequently check and ensure safety in high-risk environments.

Optimized Lubrication for Durable and Reliable Performance

The R13 features an upgraded nickel-plated, pointed grease fitting, which is waterproof, mud-resistant, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. Its surface hardness is enhanced to prevent deformation during high-pressure oil injection. The pointed design allows for precise connection with the grease gun, preventing slippage and oil leaks, ensuring more efficient lubrication. A welded stop further protects the grease fitting from external forces, extending its service life. When used with a high-pressure grease gun (≥3000 psi), it ensures that grease is fully injected into the pin, enhancing the overall durability and stability of the equipment.
